We understand that selling tenanted property is not common. We also know how important it is to you that business is conducted in the right manner. 

In fact, we created Portolio (in 2017) exactly because it seemed strange that selling tenanted flats and houses was so rare and, if done at all, it was sometimes done in a way that left a lot to be desired. 

Many landlords are unsure what to do, after the decision has been made to sell a tenanted property, but usually there is an assumption that you MUST end the tenancy.

...and, while we're at it, many property investors didn't know that they can buy tenanted property.

We designed Portolio, and work hard every day, to change that. We want ALL landlords and property investors to know that it's possible to maximise rental income, to save time and to take some of the risk out of buying and selling investment property.
