Do I have to pay any extra fees?

It's not common for properties that will appear on this site. If there is a "Buyer's Fee" then it is because the vendor (seller) isn’t paying a fee. It's true to say that some portfolio sales will involve a "Buyer Fee". 

Can I get a home report for an off-market property?

An off-market sale is usually one that doesn't involve a home report. This means we'll discuss what valuation the seller has estimated and you will make your offer subject to survey or home report. As always, please just get in touch if you have any questions.
